Our service is available from 8am to 5pm and from Monday to Friday, we allow our clients to customize the service availability according to their needs
On-site standby: we can provide this option on the date of first use of the POS for fast reaction should there be any technical or operational issues.
Phone: our clients can phone-in their concerns for a quick advice on what to do next.
Remote: convenient and more economical to both of us and clients, this service is provided via remote desktop.
On-site: if the problem cannot be fix via phone and / or remote, we can dispatch our technician to perform on-site service.
Warranty claim process: in the event that the hardware becomes defective, provided that the hardware is covered by warranty, we will perform the entire warranty claim process, including liaising with our hardware partners.
